Waterfalling Estate offers 3 spacious levels of living in 10,942 square feet and 9.44 acres. The main floor is an open concept floor plan with a kitchen, dining table that seats 12 with the ability to grow to 16, kitchen dining area, wet bar for sunset happy hours, and an enormous family room. Upstairs there are 2 master suites, a third bedroom with a view of the waterfall, and an enormous bunk room, and access to the Heli-pad.
The lower level has two guest bedrooms and bathrooms with ocean views. The primary residence sleeps 9 adults or up to 18 guests if coupled. All the bedrooms have terrific views of the ocean and/or waterfall and grounds.
